Having had a positive experience when I first came to this place I returned - I had a different somewhat slow therapist. She missed a number of hairs which I had to point out to her and ask her to get. She then refused to do one final strip of wax on my bikini line as she told me she had no time. I asked her what I was meant to do as I wanted to wear a bikini and she said she would see me in reception. When I got to reception the receptionist told me in order to get my bikini line done with a Brazilian I needed to book a different type of appointment - didn’t offer to sort me out there and as my therapist only had 4 mins left (how long could it really take to do one strip?) it was fine to refuse it despite that their other therapist had done this. I was told your bikini line isn’t part of having a Brazilian done which is news to me after 15+ years of having them done - I suggested this could have perhaps been made clear and I could have paid extra or clear when you were a new customer she shrugged her shoulders. I asked why I would come back and she shrugged her shoulders again - as someone who has worked in the service industry I have to say I was very shocked it was have taken a minute to keep me as a happy customer they took 5 minutes fighting with me at reception and assumed no fault in the experience. The wax is now absolutely useless for my holiday as all I can do is shave the strip she has missed messing up years of waxing. I am really disappointed as my first experience was very positive. Whilst I find their logic on bikini line vs Brazilian weird it would be fine to explain it and charge more but don’t treat the customer like you don’t care about them and they are in the wrong when you haven’t given them the information and their experience before that was poor - you don’t really expect to have to identify the hairs for waxing!
