Disappointed to say the least. I arrived 45 mins before my appointment so had a seat in the lobby as expected. Unfortunately it went down hill from there, although I was seen 30 minutes before my slot it seemed like there was a rush. This meant that my treatment results left a lot to be desired as there are hairs left half torn with plenty of long stragglers left visible! I don't mind a few here and there but I had to have a second treatment and go over everything with a tweezer at home, I may as well have bought a wax kit from Boots myself! The treatment room was the size of a closet with access to the treatment table only from one side which means the therapist has to lean over the client-needless to say that means one side is slightly better waxed than the other. There is also a vibrating air conditioning pipe right behind your head and a bright light strip so I left with a headache but the room was so hot we would have melted if we turned the pipe off. Finally I was not asked what after care I prefer and was slathered with talcum powder (which I am allergic to but thankfully there were wet wipes that I used immediately). The treatment would not recommend unfortunately and am very disappointed with the dropped standards of the salon. Left with a headache and a half-wax.
