Ive been coming here for years and usually the treatments are top notch. Unfortunately the therapist this time not only provided the most painful treatment I had in years, but the results are messy and completely unsatisfactory. While the salon is good I will now try to book specific therapists to ensure I don’t repeat this horrible experience!!
