I was the first appointment of the day and the therapist was 15 minutes late (I had to call twice for someone to even come get me at the front door) which therefore meant she rushed through my Brazilian. There were many small hairs left and the landing strip was uneven and crooked. Because she was late I then had to get an Uber to my next stop which cost me £15 so my £37 Brazilian, which was already subpar, ended up costing me £52. Not an experience I would recommend.
