Not the best today! I really don’t mind not chatting and generally prefer it, however Geanina was super unfriendly and didn’t make me feel that comfortable today. Sorry! It also wasn’t that thorough either and I was left with a few stray hairs. Still my favourite place in London and wouldn’t go anywhere else for a wax… yet, but today wasn’t great…. Just hoping it was a one off x

I normally have a wonderful experience at this salon, however this time I felt that the wax wasn't the greatest quality and areas were missed. My usual wax therapist isn't available currently, and usually this salon is excellent.
