Charged full price for a Brazilian even though I only received a bikini wax. Every Brazilian I’ve ever received takes no more than 20 ‘minutes if the therapist is skilled, but they couldn’t possibly have stayed opened 5 minutes more to finish what was booked. Receptionist said it was only a £5 difference when I queried her as to why I should pay for more than I received? Clearly they don’t have a clue that a business thrives on repeat customers and not one offs! Will definitely not book again!

Hi! Overall the experience was great! The underarms did hurt a bit but thats part of the process. Kerby was great, very friendly and good to talk to! Would definitely book with her again in the future!
