Not up to usual standards of Luxury Wax Bar :( Therapist was 20mn late, missed out my knees and the back of one leg entirely, used scalding hot wax and sprayed alcohol directly on bikini area, and lots of hair left. I will continue to come back as pricing is great and other therapists too, but this was disappointing.

Ive visited since Feb 2020. Of late i feel both the therapist quality and overall experience has depreciated. One sees several new beuticians and it feels like a bit of an experiment at times. Treatments take longer (45min vs 2 hrs) and are generally 'clumsier' than before. Also management has stopped the usual rewards card and the pre-booking discount- i was told covid's affected - but worse service and more expensive isn't the solution. My experience in peak covid was better if anything tbh.
