The reception is extremely unfriendly and showed no sympathy for a slight delay, then wanted me to reschedule although I had already arrived at the practice. Huge waste of time, bad organisation (how can they know how long a treatment is, every woman is different?) and extremely impolite service, interrupting me constantly while I was trying to explain. The customer should come first which they don't seem to know. I'm happy I didn't do the treatment because I would not have felt comfortable.

Fantastic and speedy service. Perla was fantastic and the fastest waxer I've ever used. a TV plays Netflix to distract you. Perla's attention to detail was second to none. A warm welcome and the salon was also easy to locate inside the pharmacy.
