The whole experience was great but I got a bit lost on the way there because it was within a pharmacy underground which threw me off a little when I was looking for the location. Otherwise everything else was perfect and very comfortable

Not up to usual standards of Luxury Wax Bar :( Therapist was 20mn late, missed out my knees and the back of one leg entirely, used scalding hot wax and sprayed alcohol directly on bikini area, and lots of hair left. I will continue to come back as pricing is great and other therapists too, but this was disappointing.
