I had Nicoletta last time, who was great. This time, I had a new girl, who was late and I was left waiting for 10 minutes. When she came, she threaded by eyebrows but cut me about both eyes! Very inexperienced. And she barely plucked my brows, I had to redo them when I got home - I was not impressed. Only go if you can get Nicoletta to do your brows.
