I showed up and was told my hairs, unfortunately, were not long enough to be waxed. We did one part of the treatment and booked in another appointment (at my convenience) at no extra charge. Lady who was helping me was lovely!

Luxury Wax bar is always great. The girls are super fast and thorough and always do a top job. However, I think they may have changed the hard wax to a different type, and I prefered the one they used to use !
