My appointment was at 12. Was late because the app showed that the salon was close ti Ealing Broadway station but I had to take another bus to a different location. Arriving at the studio 10 minutes late, i still had to wait for 1 hour to have my nails done. After 2 days the colour chipped off and all nails are bumpy and horribly painted
