My appointment was for 1hr, I was in the salon nearly 3hrs. I expressed how I wasn’t happy with the final look, they didn’t look natural at all, I was just told they look fine and will be ok. I emailed the salon for help to put them right,no reply

I often find getting my nails done a uncomfortable experience- but this was super relaxing and accommodating. Pedicure with a massage chair is super nice and of course the quality was great. I would recommend and have recommended to friends
