I booked threading and there was a miscommunication, the lady was on leave. I got offered waxing, which I was reluctant to get. Well, so things happen for a reason, the most caring service, so relaxing, not painful at all (compared to threading), she was detailed, soft spoken and apologetic. Honestly, you won a new client and I will be continuing waxing instead of threading, with this salon. Thank you
