Completely ruined my eyebrows. I asked for a clean up and left with thin brows and no tails. I cried after because it takes a long time for eyebrows to grow back. I was very specific about not taking too much off but she did not listen. I went once before and had a good therapist but this time I had a different therapist and it went terribly. Will never come back.
