5 star customer services. I sincerely can’t fault Clean, friendly, gentle But I learnt the hard way, this treatment isn’t suited to very dark skin, unfortunately this gave me burns. I could have complained but I’m not in the UK atm. I’ve since seen a dermatologist for darker skins and this one is a big no as risks are higher
