I’m in my seventies my eyebrows were a mess. I hadn’t a clue what to expect, and was really scared that I had done the wrong thing. I needn’t have worried Kim helped me through the whole process , she calmed me down with her professional manner, talked me through every procedure. One little thing that really impressed me was the aftercare package, it had a little card in it that shows you step by step what to expect day by day with the healing process.
