The place was clean, staff was friendly. However, when I asked to have my hair thinned a little, I was half expecting her to use a "thinning scissors" but instead she twisted my hair into bunches and cut it I was afraid this would lead to split ends but I think it is fine.

It was not the most proficient blow-dry I've ever had!it was not clarified that wash was not included in the price so I had to pay extra!I had my hair straight but id did not last for long.I would not go again I am afraid.Also...CASH only, not clarified before!

This was my second time visiting Luxe. As before, welcomed kindly and offered a beverage. They review the booking to ensure you are getting exactly what you wanted and understand what's included within your package.
Ewa is very good at her job, efficient and thorough. Always has great pointers to share in regards to hair care and products.
Will definitely be coming back, so happy it's just down the street from my office!
