Really happy with my haircut, the staff were very friendly, made it a very relaxing experience and were good at listenong to what I want. It's hard to find a hairdresser that I'm happy with, so will definitely be going again!

The hair colour and cut was good in the end, but the salon isn't that relaxing as it can be hard to communicate with the owner/staff. Usually do a great job though so no complaints with the final product.

Always an excellent experience at Luxe. Zara listens to exactly what you want, and gives a cut and blowdry that gives your hair incredible bounce and volume. Don't come here in a rush - they're a small salon and sometimes you might have to wait a bit. But it's always worth it, and the value is unbeatable.

I really wanted to be able to leave a 5 star review because I did like the staff here and I like supporting new businesses. Unfortunately, these simply were not semi-permanent eyelash extensions. They were not done in the usual way that professional eyelash technicians do. There were no strips placed below the lashes, no combing. My eyes were open throughout the whole procedure. I thought maybe I had been mistaken and that these were temporary party lashes so I asked the lady how long they last and she said 'up to 4 weeks', so clearly they are advertising them as semi-permanent. However, they barely lasted 4 hours. If you want eyelashes for a night out and you cant apply them yourself, it may be worth coming here but as someone who regularly gets eyelash extensions, I won't be going back! Disappointing as it would have been so convenient for me as I work nearby.
