The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. The wash and cut was professional and I am very happy with the result. But the stylish was brushing my hair while still wet which is very harmful for the hair. After the blow dry, I had a few knotts in my hair and the stylist brushed them very hard, which hurt and again is damaging for the hair.
