my visit was for a 7.55 appointment, yet I didn't get seen until 8.30 as there were two other ladies who were waiting before me, with appointments 30mins late. I booked an appointment because I had other things to do that evening. I ended up spending 2hrs in the salon when it was supposed to be a 35min appointment.
the lady next to me who was also getting a shellac complained that it didn't feel right, and I also felt the same. my nails were sticky and soft rather than hard and shiny. their machines are terrible and they kept changing them because they clearly don't work. I was getting my nails done for holiday and j am one day into my holiday and my nails have chipped VERY badly. do NOT waste your money here. it is NOT worth it whatsoever! to top it off, they were doing building work at the same time, so imagine having your nails done to the sound of a nmumatic drill. AVOID!

Crowded and busy with stressed customers because of delays, clearly very popular. Great value though, but I’ve been during the day and recommend a daytime appointment instead of an evening appointment. It’s much quieter and more pleasant than after work!

Had 3 different employees taking turns doing my nails and kept moving me around, lack of communication or acknowledgement of what was happening was concerning. Felt rushed and was not pleased with outcome.
