The venue is small and quite messy when I arrived. I had to wait half an hour for my appointment as the technician was running over time. My treatment felt rushed and wasn't relaxing.

They took me 30 minutes late but the service was really quick. I wasn't too happy with the results (eyelash extensions too long) so the lady was happy to give it a trim and make sure I was happy with them. However, the lady next to me had been waiting for over an hour for a pedi and mani and they were a bit dismissive with her when she tried to talk to the staff, which didn't give me a good impression of this place. Good value for money but be prepared to wait longer than expected for your treatment.
