Actual manicure was ok, the colour wasn't quite the same as the samples that they showed me to choose from but not a major issue. Overall not a very relaxing experience, the staff were clearly rushed off their feet, my manicurist was so busy talking to her colleagues and checking her phone for incoming appointments that the nail file and her own nails scratched me several times where she wasn't paying full attention! The manicurist also changed halfway through to what looked a member of staff learning and being supervised. Good job the manicure itself was acceptable as the customer service was poor! Also, the price on Treatwell was more expensive than booking direct, despite being advertised as 'special offer'

My appointment started a few minutes late but I don't mind (especially for the price I paid!!) and I was still out of the salon in a reasonable time. It has been about 5 days and my dipped nails still exactly the same and my eyelash extensions look amazing. My toenails look really good too but would not call the service a pedicure, more just a clip and paint. They do have lot of gel paint colors which is really nice. But overall very satisfied with my experience and plan on going back.

Even though you book a slot, you do have to wait as they operate on a first come first serve basis. That being said, the service and standard of the lashes are impeccable. Can safely give 5 stars for the lashes!

Manicure was quick and very good value for money. It isn’t the most flawless of gel applications, as a couple of edges overlapped my skin and one nail has a pointy bump from a bit of residue under the gel varnish that remained, so perhaps a bit more care could have been taken. Despite this, the manicure has lasted really well so far and I would return!
