have visited them three times for my gel nails... the price and the location are the only reasons I would go back again but...
1. These guys are seriously overbooked and don't have enough staff to treat all the customers they take on. They never finish the job on time and keep new customers waiting for ages, I myself have been kept waiting for 40 min simply because the lady who was supposed to do my nails "stepped out", needless to say the customer that was booked after me had been kept waiting for 45 min...
the staff jumps from one customer to another half way through the job with another member of staff stepping in to finish the job the first one started... This creates chaos, inconsistency in the overall result and a rather hectic environment...
The staff is friendly but not as professional as in other places... during all of my visits I repeatedly pointed out to the technician how uneven my nails were and had to point out exactly where to file, buff and use more gel, if it wasn't for me inspecting every nail of mine during the procedure I would have ended up with an extremely sloppy result.
Also when I came in for my last appointment to do my infills the filing revealed that I had small green spots forming on two of my nails underneath the gel...now any technician would know that this is a bacteria growing on the nail due to gel not being properly sealed... I literally had stop the lady from putting the new layer of gel on top the old one, and got her to remove the old gel from infected nails and to buff away the green spots from the surface of my nails before applying new gel... was slightly shocked at that tbh
And finally the hygiene suffers dramatically, they don't use soap and ask all the customers to wipe their hand with the same one towel...
