Had 3 different employees taking turns doing my nails and kept moving me around, lack of communication or acknowledgement of what was happening was concerning. Felt rushed and was not pleased with outcome.

Booked in for a 6pm appointment, did not attend to me until 7; when they were trying to juggled five manicures and 2 pedicured amongst 2 technicians at the same time. Gels not done to a very good standard. I tend to get 4 weeks out of gels usually and here they all chipped and peeled within the first week. All my lovely long nails have broken right down to the skin as they’re so weak from having been left to soak in the acetone for so long as I waited for a technician to start my nails, every time I tried to remove my hands they cane over and put them back in. Incredible angry and disappointed with the treatment and service - huge waste of money ! Would want a refund as the biggest waste of money ever - including a £5 surcharge for removal which is not stated anywhere
