They don't really abide by appointments, I had to wait forty minutes after my appointment time to be seen. They see you in the order that you arrive. They had overbooked on the Friday, accepting walk-ins, direct bookings and Treatwell customers. It was chaotic and there were anxious, annoyed women just waiting everywhere having to repeat over and over what their treatments were. Paying for a pedi was a waste of time because the guy just dipped my feet in water (no soap or anything) and then painted my toenails. He rushed me into my shoes to get me off the chair for the next girl and they were ruined when I got home. My gel nails were a waste of money too. One had a big chip on day 4 and less than 9 days later they have all started peeling from the tips, the guy obviously didn't seal the ends. They were dodgy at the cuticle to begin with too, not properly rounded. Other women were complaining of that at the time too but the staff were quite rude to them. One woman took the polish and painted her own nail with it because of this. Go somewhere else, these guys are cheap and available for a reason.

Totally acceptable place, pretty skilled technician, just very brusque and very strange. Don't ask to pay with credit card or things will start to get weird.

Great salon, only waited 5 mins on arrival. Great service offered tea and amazing nails for the price. Would highly recommend for SNS. Also, the girls doing eyelash extensions behind me looked really good - will be booking them in!
