Very rushed, shellac already coming off. Too many customers not enough staff. I asked the guy for red polish and he brought grey to me he didn’t understand a word of English. They didn’t file my nails at all just removed the shellac and put a the new on. Didn’t leave my hands under the uv for long enough . Lots of people waiting around around. Not happy and definitely would not recommend not worth the money.

Arrived for my 1pm appointment and had to wait 20/30 mins as there were too many customers and not enough staff available. From when they started my manicure to the end, I changed seats twice and the person doing my nails changed 3 times. Very loud, chaotic and disorganised environment so if you’re looking for a relaxing manicure this is not the place for you. That being said, the value for the gel manicure is good and the results (so far) are also good.

Very good, waited a few minutes as there were lots of clients! But they did a great job exactly what i wanted very friendly and quick service, will definitely be going back!
