The acrylic extensions are all lumpy and uneven and look terrible. Will probably have to have them removed. Waste of money.

Worst manicure i've ever had. The guy doing them didn't speak a word of English and didn't even ask me what shape i wanted my nails to be, just started filling them. The shape on every single nail is different and wonky i don't think hes ever done someone's nails before. I had SNS dipping powder and picked a very light baby pink and have come out with a ridiculously fluorescent pink which makes the horrible shape even more noticeable. To make things even worse when he put the bottom coat on he only went half way up the nail so now half my nail is a completely different colour to the other half, it looks like they've grown out and i've tried to fill in the space with a different coloured nail varnish. Just the worst nails ever and when i complained they tried to 'fix' it by putting and gel top coat on top.. which did nothing. They only knocked £5 off the £40 total. awful.

There was way too many people in the salon at once. My appointment started 20 minutes late and felt very rushed. I had to move seats twice to make room for other people and my manicure felt sticky for the whole evening after. The pedicure was done to a good standard.
