I booked and paid for a (discounted) 45 minute Shellac manicure. It took approximately 15 minutes and to me it was an express gel shape and polish and not a manicure (I had to ask for hand cream). It was very rushed and the technician was quite rough when filing my nails. The towel underneath my hands had evidently been used before and wasn’t particularly clean. It was very busy and seemed like they were packing in the bookings and so rushing through them which was certainly my experience. I won’t go there again and would not recommend.
