Lost most of my infills over the first few days. Many were stuck to other eyelashes rather than the lid itself. Cost was only cheap so to be expected but was disappointed with how many fell out after only two days.

Really disappointed, they were really busy so everything was rushed. Within 24 hours three of my nails have had the gel varnish peel off. I normally love this place and am a regular customer, but this time - was a real disappointment, shame as normally delighted with result and how long my nails last.

Donna didn’t do what I told her. She booked 3 people for the same time. So had to wait an hour and a half and she then rushed to do mine because 2 other people were waiting
