This place doesn’t understand what customer service is. Very rude unprofessional. It made me regret to ever book here. I had the worst experience EVER!!!!!!!! I don’t recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time or money. I felt very disrespected.

The place looks tired and the manicure is pretty poor. One therapist started my treatment whilst another one jumped in for 10min and then the original therapist returned to finish the job. Therefore both hands don’t look the same and generally the manicure is sloppy. On top of that, the atmosphere was terrible. My therapist was arguing with an unhappy customer the whole time while doing my treatment. I never seen such rude treatments of customers. They have absolutely no accountability or respect to clients after they get their money out of them. I will not be supporting this business in the future.
