maybe I was unlucky with the service that day. I booked for Donna but they were 2 different staffs working on my nails. the gel application was too thick and it chipped the next day. one of the staff was pretty rude and barely speak English. I'm not sure I'll be back again

Staff friendly and competent, Helen did a good job with my lash extensions and chose a tasteful look. The salon itself is small and crowded, and there is a wait even with an appointment, but given the prices and the decent service, it's unsurprising that they're absolutely packed with customers. Satisfied and would return.
