Arrived for my 10am to be told my therapist wasn’t in the salon yet and would be another hour. Came back on my lunch break and was rushed in, had to move boxes of tissues myself to get onto the seat. There was no conversation to me, and she physically moved my hands when it was time to stop stretching. No mirror at the end to check the shape or tissue to wipe the hairs off my face or soothing aloe. Had far better threading in the area. However the end result was good!

Not only one person worked on my nails but multiple people did and they kept switching which made the service inconsistent. The cleanliness was also disappointing. They do not change the towel they have used for a different person. Everyone gets the same towel. However the quality of my nails are good.
