Even though I booked a particular specialist, they switched the person when I had my eyes closed, they also don’t follow the actual procedure booked. I know some of them aren’t trained properly and there’s a girl that uses clusters and cant speak English. I booked CLASSIC and end up with patchy cheap CLUSTER lashes that glue my lashes together and fall out in days. To management, PLEASE FOLLOW THE BOOKING and stop cluster lashes!! I hate to come back and get the wrong person.

Had an appointment for classic lash extensions the lady was who did them was very good and my eyelashes are still looking ok.
Unfortunately did have to wait 20mins for my appointment as they were running late, found the experience quite strange as you’re sat on a chair and the ambience was awful I didn’t like having my eyes closed for under an hour and listening to nail drills, smelling chemicals and hearing other clients talking loudly (as there was no proper waiting area). if there was a special room for eyelash extensions I would come back, but the noise was just too much for me personally.
