Lovely atmosphere, great job on nails. A bit disappointed the polish chipped quickly even though it was gel polish. I absolutely loved the lash lift!

This was my first time getting my nails done. My appointment was booked for 5pm but I didn't get seen to until after 5.30, with no apology or acknowledgement that they knew I was still there waiting. A lady came in for her 5.20 appointment and it was only because of her complaint at having to wait that I was given a quick apology by my allocated nail technician once I was seen to. The nail technicians clearly knew what they were doing and took great care in it which is why I've given more than 1 star overall.
It was a strange and uncomfortable experience for me so I don't think I'll be going back but I love my shellac nails.
