I really like the way this salon does my lashes. But the management is so bad. I arrived for my appointment at 10 and two other ladies had also booked the same appointment at 10, however by 10.05 there still wasn’t one technician in the salon, only the nail man. 30 minutes later one arrived. I selected to have mine done with Helen, and it wasn’t Helen who done them, instead another lady. I like the way they do my lashes it’s just a shame the organisation and management is quite bad

Disappointing because they’re usually so good! Appointment was half an hour late and the tech was rough. They had clearly over booked as at one point there was about 5 people waiting
