Always a long wait. Booked for 11:10am and waited until 11:40am. I specifically booked in with Tina and it wasn’t Tina who done my lashes. I like the way they do my nails and lashes, but every time I come here there is a long wait, so I wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a rush/ on your lunch hour. (Also am never given the person who I actually boom with). Need to sort out their management / organisation.

I didn't like it and I won't be returning. Technician was rough, ignorant and rushing. No ambience, no conversation (apart from Vietnamese between technicians). My nails are done and it was reasonable but in the light there a little messier than other places locally.
