Staff hardly speaks English which makes it hard to communicate. I also booked with one person and they switch halfway through the treatment. Got a gel manicure and the nails were thick. Not clean

Terrible terrible experience, I recently had eyelashes on by them and the same night the eyelashes started falling off! By the end of the week I had no eyelashes left, I was so dissapointed but decided to give them another chance since a friend highly recommended this place, so I booked again with the manager because apparently she was the best t eyelashes,my appointment was w days ago at 6:45 and I had to wait an hour until my turn and it wasn't themaNger which I looked the appointment with, I said something and they said she was very busy but its was going to be the same result! The lady took less than an hour to set my mink eyelashes and they were terrible ! I'm so so dissapointed of this place,I have waisted my money and my time 2 times !! I m waiting for a solution
