Communication between clients and technicians needs improving, as well as between the staff themselves. On 2 occasions my nails were shortened without even asking if that’s what I wanted. On my last visit, after being handed over to a technician who immediately started filing my nails down, without asking if I wanted a particular shape, or look. Disappointed. Again.

Good lashes work. I just wish the staff give me a selection of choices of lash to choose from as I didn't really have something on my mind as for how long I want them to be. In the end there are some glues left on my lower lashes. But over all good work from the staff. It's worth for the price, if you don't mind external environment that much.
