My friend purchased me a voucher for Luxe which I was going to use towards treatments. I couldn’t tell if the voucher was in date so I rang beforehand to check but the lady didn’t call me back to confirm as promised . Anyway I got there only to be told their vouchers are only valid for 6 months so for me it was a wasted voucher, wasted visit, waste of time. Never mind plenty of other salons in the area.
