It was my first time at Lux and I had such a wonderful experience. I had a dye, cut and blow dry, so pleased with the results!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this salon. The highlights looked stripey and uneven, and the staff were unhelpful and argumentative when I told them I wasn’t happy with the result. Luckily I was able to get my hair fixed elsewhere and will sadly not be returning!
