Never had CACI before so only had the treatment files as a guidance. The actually probes was fine, twitching sensation. But I didn't have a good cleanse, the room was cold and bright lighting, no ambience.

Have had more gentle waxes in the past. This wax was much more painful however good value for money so would consider going there again.
