My treatment was with Aida (sorry if I spelt this wrong). I have quite a difficult personal situation and Aida was incredible - patient, kind, reassuring every step of the way, made me feel totally comfortable and I loved the new haircut. Thank you so much!

Haircut was really nice but one star dropped because of the blow dry - my hair was rough dryed and then straightened lots whereas I would expect a hairdresser to blow dry my hair without the needed for straightners but no complaints about the haircut
