I've been going to Lux Studio for about a year now for my waxing treatments, they have the best painless (as possible) service and i've been to a few places but no one really compares! This time however I had a really bad arm break the day before my appointment and the staff were incredibly understanding and were really supportive. Thank you for everything, i look forward to coming back soon!

I had such a friendly stylist, who chatted with me through the whole appointment. She was honest about the state of my hair but also listened to what I wanted too, and I came away with a really good haircut that was exactly what I had envisioned. The blow dry wasn't quite to my taste but it looked neat and tidy and obviously was something I could later fairly quickly! I'd definitely go back.
