The staff are friendly and the premises lovely but more skills and attention are needed. My nails bled in several places — there’s definitely a way to remove cuticles without making nail beds bleed. And generally lack of attention to detail — nails have blobs, the top coat is uneven, and nail varnish super thick in places. Maybe it was the chrome effect, but for £51, I wanted a better experience.

I’ve been to this salon before and had a great experience. This week I had a slightly different experience. It felt rushed, the lady forgot to do my cuticles and I had to ask her to do that before applying the gel. Her own nails were digging into my hands as they were long (please wear gloves). And some of my nails are chipped just a few days later.
