Lucy was very friendly and accommodating, I felt at ease right away. She listened carefully to my explanation of the muscle/posture difficulty and focused the massage around that, I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage which left me feeling a lot less tension in my neck and back and better range of motion in my shoulders. She also gave me advice on exercises to help straighten my neck and pull my hunched shoulders upright, which I can feel were stretching and loosening the stiff muscles I’ve had locked up for months and will be keeping up :) all round a very pleasant experience, the atmosphere of the place was very nice and I felt comfortable and able to relax with ease. This was my first experience getting a massage and I felt it was definitely a worthy experience at a reasonable price. I will for sure consider making another appointment in the future and would recommend this service to anyone looking for a massage.

Lucy is fantastic. Had a number of deep tissue or sports massages with her, each time addressing my various ailments and each time with suggestions for stretches and exercises to improve and help with the sore areas. Would highly highly recommend.

You have to be buzzed into the building but it's very simple and there is a waiting area if you are early. Lucy is amazing, has studied sports massage etc so she really knows what she is doing and can give you great advice, stretches etc for between visits.
