Lucy was a total pro. I came away from my massage feeling like I’d learned some things about my body and how my posture is the way it is. The massage itself felt relaxing in parts, but also got down to the job of releasing parts of me that have been causing me discomfort for ages. Lucy sent me on my way with some exercises to do before my next session, and the confidence that, with a little work, I’ll get some lasting relief from my aches and pains.
