Lucy was really friendly and accommodating — I was delayed on my way due to the overground being suspended and she waited for me, which I really appreciated. Good solid haircut, she felt like an experienced hairdresser with a good knowledge of hair. The atmosphere inside was friendly and cordial, the chat was light but genuine. I enjoyed this haircut, will probably be back for my next one even though it's out of my way. It felt it was worth the trek.
