I've had a few bad experiences with my hair recently and so was so relieved to find this place! Professional, attentive and really listened to what I wanted whilst providing some really solid advice and honest opinions which I found helpful. One of the first places where I've felt confident to say what I want without feeling pressured and came away with hair that made me feel amazing.

It was my first time at Lucy Lu's and I loved it. Lucy is a super kind person with exceptional customer service skills. Huge respects to her, as she's managing all by herself and excelling at it! I was very happy about my haircut. The studio was clean and in a convenient location - will definitely visit again.
