Lucy was really friendly and accommodating — I was delayed on my way due to the overground being suspended and she waited for me, which I really appreciated. Good solid haircut, she felt like an experienced hairdresser with a good knowledge of hair. The atmosphere inside was friendly and cordial, the chat was light but genuine. I enjoyed this haircut, will probably be back for my next one even though it's out of my way. It felt it was worth the trek.

Luz is such a gem! I explained the kind of haircut I was looking for and she nailed it, and she was also great at understanding how my curly hair would have looked when dry. She gave me some soft layers that really worked. So happy with the results, will definitely become a regular. She is also the loveliest person. Thanks so much again!
